A 4 person turnout arrived at the Grafton. All arrived just after 7pm. It was freezing cold, windy with on and off rain but us 1337kr3w anons and tripfags are tough as nails.
We were greeted by Mike Ferriss jumping out of a car with camera in hand at about 7:10pm. Didn’t look like there were any Scientologists in the actual Grafton building. Perhaps their - as Ferriss termed it - ‘party’ was moved to another location in order to keep their theta from being enturbulated.
As is typical of an OSA member, Ferriss’ speech was always directed on the attack, although he’s good being subtle about it. All mentions of ‘fair game’ were ignored completely. I think he’s realised that denying such a widely used practice is idiotic (Mike’s not just a pretty face, huh?). With the addition of Brian admitting that there would be a proper way of implementing ‘fair game’ at the earlier June protest there would be no way of denying it as well; so he simply didn’t say a word about it.
Conversation was a pretty non-issue. Same old stuff said. Ferriss thinks this thinks this is all a conspiracy secretly run by some big leader. I s’pose he’s entitled to his opinions.
We left the Scilons to go to their make moar moneys party just after 8pm. Hands were suitably iced over by that time.

The Anonymous protests against the Scientology Organisation’s criminal actions and Fair Game policy went off without a hitch in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch today!
The Auckland protest had 46 anons on Queen St at its peak, handing out over 1300 flyers, joined by a contingent of about 10 Scientologists trying to share the glory. Meet one posing with a couple of friendly anons!
The head of the NZ CoS, Mike Ferriss, and his mates indulged in a bit of bull-baiting and hassling of the protesters, ethical Scientologists that they are. When asked how he’d discovered the name of one of the anons present, he replied “I’m OT4 and I do have superpowers.” Anon’s response: “I’m name fagged, dammit.” Guess you should really stop wasting Scientology members’ money on PIs and lawyers to Fair Game innocent New Zealanders, Mikey. Just use those superpowers to shatter suppression and stop people telling the ugly truth about the Organisation of Scientology!
Wellington had three stalwart anons flyering on Manners Mall, despite the rain, wind and cold. Delicious chocolate cake was eaten and plans were made to amp up the effort for June’s protest.
Christchurch, home of NZFG, had ten anons showing up to protest, including several newbies and some ex-scientologists. The anons masked up and spread the word with over 400 fliers. Many lulz were had!
Epic success yet again, Anonymous! New Zealand has shown the world how it’s done and kicked off the fourth global day of action in style! A special thanks to all the brave ex-Scientologists who came out and stood up against the crimes and abuses of Scientology with us today. And cheers to Mike Ferriss and his gang for a live demonstration of Fair Game today!

Just a quick and friendly reminder to all anonymous people who intended to come to the Auckland protest -
Unfortunately the council has informed one of us that the location we used to picket at in the previous months will be in-use by a different organization for a purpose we don’t know of. For all those wondering if the location is being used by Scientologists for some sort of Anti-Anonymous or Pro-Scientology purpose, unfortunately, details pertaining to who and what that location will be used for have been kept secret from us, by the council.
The council was therefore informed by our contact that we will instead be picketing outside the Civic Theatre intersection on Queen street itself. If you are unsure of the location, just hop down onto Queen street and go up towards Sky City Cinemas, and you won’t miss us on your way.
